Personal Development Allowance
Ahern offers $200 per year for employees to use for their own personal development, such as golf lessons, scuba dive training, or cooking courses. Some employees have used their personal development allowance to purchase self-improvement or business management books to read on their leisure time.
Wellness Benefit for Remote Offices
Employees based outside of the Fond du Lac headquarters (therefore unable to utilize our on-site fitness center) are eligible for a $300 annual fitness credit, to be used towards a single fitness membership.
