J. F. Ahern Co. demonstrates its employee appreciation every day, but special milestones are recognized through a variety of special programs.

Anniversary Celebrations
Each and every year we celebrate every anniversary through a personal gift and card. Special recognition is given at the 5- and 10-year marks.

Employee Recognition Dinner
All employees with at least 10 years of service are invited to an elegant Recognition Dinner each fall. Employees enjoy an evening of food and entertainment, and 5-year milestones are recognized during a special ceremony with gifts and a short speech by the CEO.

Outstanding Employee Program
Ahern recognizes outstanding employees on a monthly basis. Nominated by individual supervisors, the winners are those who display a “commitment to excellence” and significantly contribute to the overall success of the Company. Outstanding employees receive recognition in our employee newsletter, as well as a cash award or other token of appreciation.
